What matters to me most is the issue of youth awareness and development in various areas. Specifically, I am concerned with youth involvement in generating new ideas, goods, services, and practices in their community that are both useful and sustainable. Life inspires me, the fact that I can wake up every day and breathe meaning I have the power for that day to do something that will have a positive impact on society at large. At times people inspire me, those that need help and cannot somehow due to unavoidable circumstances have that help and I can help them ... then am inspired! ( lire plus...)

Leaders produce leaders not followers. They encourage independence in those that they lead and they always aspire to achieve what is best for the team. A good leader knows that in order to gain respect, he/she must first show it. A good leader is always willing to provide support, moral or otherwise to the team.
